FORMS AND DELIVERY:

 

Express Shipping: For the entire peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Portugal is the delivery time of 24/48 hours. on weekdays. Orders received till 1:00 p.m. on Friday will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. Friday until 13:00 pm on Monday, will be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. This option is not available for shipments to destinations in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, unless specifically requested as set out in paragraph shipping.

 

Postal Service: For Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries in Europe the delivery time will be between 9-14 days.

 

SHIPPING:

24/48h Express Shipping: This shipping method costs are free for the entire peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Portugal.

This form of delivery is not available for order from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries in Europe, unless specifically requested, upon acceptance of quotation and estimate of the cost of transport.

Orders with free shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will only be sent through the mail service, estimated delivery time is 9 to 14 business days, customs expenses are provided by the buyer.

For shipments to other countries within Europe, transport costs are borne by the buyer.

 

PAYMENT

Cedit card: This payment has a 2% discount. We accept VISA and MaterCard, payments are made via a secure connection through SERVIRED.

PayPal: You must be registered and have account on this secure payment platform.

Direct Payment: This payment method has an additional discount of 5%

You must make a deposit or make a bank transfer to our account (specified in the shopping cart) for the full amount of your order, in both cases you must specify the number of your order and send via e-mail or fax copy of proof of the transaction, your order will be issued after verification of actual payment.

Cash on Delivery: This payment method is also available for Express shipping rate at no additional charge.


* For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries in Europe do not accept payment in any form of cash on delivery.

 

 

Order Status:

Note that when ordering, once finalized and submitted, you should instantly receive a confirmation e-mail delivered by our system, after a few minutes if you have not received we recommend that you check your SPAM folder and if not locates it please contact us.

Returns:

Our system allows you to change return or claim a refund or exchange for any product, in this case must write to our customer service department within a period not exceeding 3 calendar days from receipt of the order, requesting a refund or change and duly justified reasons.

In the case of being admitted his request for a refund or replacement product will allow only unopened containers with seals and packaging intact, in this case the customer shall bear full of postage for return or exchange . In any case Zendu acceptance of any exchange or refund is subject to inspection upon receipt at our facilities.

Cancellations:

To cancel or make changes to your order you must contact us before they started the process of delivery otherwise the customer will bear all costs of transportation service.

Breaks in transport:

In the case of receiving an item in poor condition please contact us and may change without additional cost, remember that you will record on the delivery of the shipment that the product has arrived in bad condition.

 

Additional Information:

Zendu will be contacted by phone or via e-mail in case of shortage of stock of a product.

Zendu Customer may contact by telephone or other means to verify the Personal Data.

Zendu reserves the right to disqualify those customers within a reasonable period or fails to contact the time of verification do not want to confirm your data.

Also Zendu reserves the right to suspend or disqualify clients who have entered data were incomplete and / or incorrect.

Procedure of purchase:

3. Once confirmed this information, our warehouse staff will prepare the package of products for collection by the logistics company.

4. If not found at home, the logistics company will leave a receipt of delivery attempt to contact the nearest delegation and agree a delivery schedule.
